My personal goal as a somatic practitioner is to support all woman through felt presence with empathy, compassion, kindness, somatic awareness, love, spaciousness, real listening and allowing them to feel seen, safe, understood, and witnessed in real time exactly who and where they are in any given moment in time. Im a trauma informed coach and certified in NLP, hypnosis, timeline therapy. Ive also studied yoga, am a Reiki Master and certified in IET.
